Diana, it was the first time I was totally calm that my dog is in good hands. Thanks for all daily reports, special thank for all huge amount of photos. I was a bit worried about leaving our "baby" somewhere for a whole day, but Cristina made a really good 1st impression during our initial call, explained everything and answered our questions. Our puppy just spent 3 days with Diana and I already saw a difference in her behavior after the day one. Diana sent us very detailed reports along with the steps to follow at home. Very individual approach and super helpful for us, as 1st time (inexperienced) dog parents. I felt very comfortable leaving Teddy there and we even decided to schedule some follow-up sessions. Scheduling drop off and pick up was also super easy and flexible! Thank you so much!

This time we couldn't take our dog Oliver on a trip with us, so we had to find a trustworthy place where we could leave him. It is the first time we have left him with Dogitory and the experience has exceeded our expectations. Days before, we were able to meet Diana, the dog sitter who took care of Oliver during our absence, she introduced herself and gave us a brief of how Oliver was gonna be taking care of. Later on, during the holidays it was very comfortable for us to be in contact with her through the app they have, from where she sent us a daily summary of each walk and Oliver’s day by day along with many photos to see that he was perfectly. I am very happy with the service because I felt that Oliver was well cared and calm In fact we will repeat.
