Dog daycare

I would like to thank Cristina and Diana for taking care of our doggy Chloe.
Diana, it was the first time I was totally calm that my dog is in good hands. Thanks for all daily reports, special thank for all huge amount of photos. For me it was really important not only to read that everything is alright but to see my pet. And based to photos and videos I was sure that Chloe was relaxed, calm and comfortable to stay at yours care.
I also would like to thank Cristina for fast and clear organization processes.

I was a bit worried about leaving our "baby" somewhere for a whole day, but Cristina made a really good 1st impression during our initial call, explained everything and answered our questions. Our puppy just spent 3 days with Diana and I already saw a difference in her behavior after the day one. Diana sent us very detailed reports along with the steps to follow at home. Very individual approach and super helpful for us, as 1st time (inexperienced) dog parents. I felt very comfortable leaving Teddy there and we even decided to schedule some follow-up sessions. Scheduling drop off and pick up was also super easy and flexible! Thank you so much!

We are in Prague for only a couple of months and it is so great to have Dogitory as a great support of training and sitting of our dog Ziggy. They are accommodating with requests and our dog gets along so nicely with them. Short notice requests - even if they can be demanding from a customer perspective - are handled perfectly from Dogitory and they try everything to make it happen. Also, after the training our dog is more calm and you can see effects of the training in a short time period of training time. Our dog can be difficult to handle sometimes, especially if a new person comes into his surrounding. This can be demanding for a dog trainer. However, Diana as our dog trainer, didn’t need any warm up time. From day one everything went so smoothly and our dog was so comfortable. That really shows the experience from Diana to also get along nicely and quickly with potential difficult dogs. We would recommend them and especially Diana 100%.

This time we couldn't take our dog Oliver on a trip with us, so we had to find a trustworthy place where we could leave him. It is the first time we have left him with Dogitory and the experience has exceeded our expectations. Days before, we were able to meet Diana, the dog sitter who took care of Oliver during our absence, she introduced herself and gave us a brief of how Oliver was gonna be taking care of. Later on, during the holidays it was very comfortable for us to be in contact with her through the app they have, from where she sent us a daily summary of each walk and Oliver’s day by day along with many photos to see that he was perfectly. I am very happy with the service because I felt that Oliver was well cared and calm In fact we will repeat.

The only pet sitter we trusted when we were living in Prague. They took great care of Bella so we always had peace of mind. Communication was also excellent. There were photo and video updates and responses were prompt. Thanks to Cristina, Silvia, Diana and the rest of the team! 🙂
